Reverend Jason Page

Role: Rector (Senior Pastor)

Jason came to faith in Christ when serving as a technician in the Air force, after which he studied for ordination in the Anglican Church at Moore Theological College in Sydney. He has received a Bachelor of Theology and (Grad) Dip Arts in Theology, and a Master of Arts in Theology.

Prior to his appointment as Rector of St. Peter’s in 1998, he served in Adelaide, Wollongong, and Sydney. Jason is passionate about the great gospel truths of the Bible and about talking to people about God, and their faith and hope in Jesus. He is married to Anne (pictured above) with whom he has 5 adult children, 2 sons-in-law, and 2 grandchildren.

Reverend David Schweinsberg

Role: Curate (Assistant Pastor)

David was born and raised on Sydney’s North Shore, attending St Stephen’s Willoughby Anglican Church. In 2005 he joined the Australian Army as a trainee Officer. Before coming to St Peter’s, he was a Captain in the Royal Australian Artillery and is training to become a Chaplain in the Army. David has a Bachelor of Theology, Advance Diploma of Christian Ministry and Theology, amongst other leadership qualifications.

David is married to Ashleigh and they have three children (one with God, one toddler, one bub in arms). They also have their last ‘fur baby’, a Siberian Husky.

Julie Mitchell

Julie M

Role: Office Administrator

Julie comes from a background of working with children for most of her life – being a teacher and parent means she is used to juggling more than one thing at a time and organising people. A long time parishioner of St Peter’s, Julie started life in London, England, grew up in the Snowy Mountains, has lived in Sydney and Newcastle (NSW) and has had the privilege of travelling to many corners of our beautiful continent and to many other countries over the years.

Julie is married to Andrew and has two adult children.

Laura Mitchell

Role: Children’s Worker

Laura grew up here at St Peter’s and has been involved with children’s ministry from a young age. She is trained in Early Education and Care and also coordinates an Outside of School Hours Care program at the Anglican School Googong. Laura has a passion for working with children and seeing them grow in a relationship with Jesus.
